​With introduction by Michael Hudoba, ; Eaton discusses frequent visits with White House, visit to Hanoi,  Vietnam, Sec of State Duylles,, impressions of Vietnamese people, , the expense of military establishments of the US around the world, , Japan, West Germany,  American treaty obligations, , Washington needs courage to end conflict in Vietnam, .  Then question and answer period: Discuss support of Vietnam by China, mentions accompanied by nephew Fox Butterfield; talks with soldiers ; recommends meeting between Nixon and Prime Minister of North Vietnam, What was Japan’s opinion about Vietnam,; feelings on reunification of East and West Germany, . Eaton’s plan to devote much of rest of life to peace.
