Cyrus Eaton Addresses Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Annual Meeting, May 29, 1973, White sulphur sprints, West Virginia

Eaton decries the 73 so called independent federal agencies, believes that the president has too much power and is not qualified to be Commander in Chief, causing unnecessary wars. Eaton suggests that Congress should have more power. He rejoices in the successes of railroads.
