In 1958, 41 people signed this document, including Cyrus Eaton, Anne Eaton, Charles Darwin, Linus Pauling, Joseph Rotblat, Cecil Powell, and Betty Royan.  The copy is in the Cyrus Eaton Files at WRHS.  The original was lent to Cyrus Eaton to copy and returned to Joseph Rotblat.  These people were attending the 2nd Pugwash Conference on Science and World Affairs held in Loc Beauport, Quebec from March 31 to April 11, 1958
