In Chase of Secrets, letter from Cyrus Eaton to the London Times, October 9, 1971

Response from J. D. Charter, "Effectiveness of Soviet Espionage," October 16, 1971

Eaton suggests the Soviet spying provides already known information and is not damaging and that the US has a huge spy network. Charter counters that the Soviets revelations does serious damage.
