Project Summary - To Partners and Supporters RE: Centre for Local Prosperity’s Proposal to NS Dept of Energy Low Carbon Communities Initiative October 8, 2018   The Centre for Local Prosperity (CLP) (www.centreforlocalprosperity.ca)  is proposing a central umbrella hub for public, private, community and domestic climate change activities within Nova Scotia to build awareness, share information, exchange knowledge and expertise, feature best practices, lifestyle and behavioural changes and ultimately track progress in carbon reduction and sequestration – leading to a low-carbon energy transition for communities across the Province. ​
